At BERG Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all BERG Toys garment tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
